Benefits
Apples: reduces waistline, improves metabolism and digestion
Celery: reduces inflammation and boosts hydration, known to improve symptoms of arthritis
Lemon: high in vitamin C, boosts immune system and metabolism
Mint: helps with indigestion and cold symptoms
Ingredients
4-6 Gala apples (depending on size)
2 stalks of celery
2 cucumbers
2 medium lemons
2 handfuls of mint
Preparation
Cleanse and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing removing all visible dirt (I suggest using salt)
Peel lemons before adding to juicer
Juice and enjoy.
Tips
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Immediately freeze any juice that will be consumed after 3 days.
Best if consumed within 30 days of juicing and freezing
