RECIPE

OG Carrot


Ready in 20 minutes (5 if pre-prepped)

Servings: (4) 8 oz servings


Benefits
  • Carrots: supports eye health, balances blood sugar and blood pressure

  • Oranges: helps with wound healing, weight management, improves iron absorption

  • Ginger: helps with digestion issues like nausea, bloating and constipation


Ingredients
  • 1 bag/bunch of carrots

  • 5-6 medium/large oranges

  • 1 medium piece of ginger (add to taste)


Preparation
  1. Cleanse and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing removing all visible dirt (I suggest using salt)

  2. Peel oranges 

  3. I would add stalk of carrots to juice 

  4. Juice and enjoy.


Tips

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Immediately freeze any juice that will be consumed after 3 days.

Best if consumed within 30 days of juicing and freezing
